What do I do if I don't see the Soundwall setup network?

This means that your Soundwall has somehow found its way onto a WiFi network. Hopefully you know and have access to this network. If not you can solve the problem two different ways:

1. Remove the WiFi dongle from the back of the electronics box until you hear a series of beeps (approximately 30 seconds). You can then proceed with the initial setup to put your Soundwall on the desired WiFi network. Instructions here.
   
   
2. Plug in an ethernet cable from your router to the back of your Soundwall. Your computer or device will need to be on the same network your router is currently on. Then go to http://my.soundwall.com. Find your Soundwall, and select it.
