All shipments within the contiguous USA are free. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within 7-10 business days. Occasionally, due to high-volume, an order will take up to 14 business days to leave the warehouse. If we expect such a delay, we will contact you with revised shipping dates. Issuing of tracking number might be delayed, though unit may ship out immediately. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the information becomes available.
We are able to honor expedited shipping requests if you you require a Soundwall for an upcoming special event or occasion. In such instances, we will charge the appropriate rush shipping fees and the unit will be non-returnable. Every Soundwall is made to order, meaning we will never compromise the quality of our work for a rush order.
Shipping in the contiguous United States is free, Hawaii & Alaska will incur shipping charges. We do charge for international shipping, including Canada & Mexico.
